Alternative Scholarships: How Foundations are Rethinking Approaches to Reach More Students

Alternative scholarships offer students much-needed help to get to and through college degree programs. Is it time to try new, innovative approaches to reach more students?  In order to create measurable change, foundations and other educational organizations must be willing to take risks and try new innovative approaches to support students. During this webinar, participants learned about such innovative programs as compiled by the Helios Education Foundation, Florida Philanthropic Network, and the Florida College Access Network.
