Bob Hyde, Vice President of Community Impact, Suncoast Foundation:
Bob leads community relations, development, and the Suncoast Foundation, after more than four years as Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management.
Before joining Suncoast, Bob was Executive Vice President at Lumina Analytics, where he led operations, product development, and strategy for an emerging risk management firm focused on artificial intelligence and machine learning. He also served as the inaugural Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management at Grow Financial Federal Credit Union, building and leading a comprehensive risk program.
Bob is a retired U.S. Navy officer with 22 years of service, including leadership roles at U.S. Special Operations Command and U.S. Central Command.
He holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University, as well as a master’s degree from the U.S. Naval War College, and is a certified Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert.
Bob is deeply committed to his family and community, enjoying life with his wife, Debbie, and their four children.
Jeff Kunberger, Executive Director, Suncoast Foundations:
Jeff has been with Suncoast for over 18 years and is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology. Both his children matriculated K-12 through the Lee County School District.
In his current role he oversees the execution of the Suncoast Credit Union Foundation grant processes and is the primary relationship manager for partnerships with children focused non-profits in the state of Florida. The Suncoast Credit Union Foundation mission is the promote the Education, Health, and Emotional well-being of children in the communities we serve.

Dr. Kimberly Krupa, Director of Network Engagement and Communications, Florida College Access Network (FCAN):
Dr. Krupa brings extensive experience in coalition building, strategic communications, and collective impact work to this newly expanded leadership role. For the past four and a half years, she has served as FCAN’s Network Development and Engagement Consultant, building communities of practice, designing professional development programs, and strengthening collaboration across Florida’s 20+ local college access networks.
“Kimberly has been instrumental in building the infrastructure that supports our network partners across the state,” said Braulio Colón, Executive Director of FCAN. “Her deep understanding of both local and statewide college access work, combined with her strategic communications expertise, makes her uniquely positioned to lead our efforts to strengthen network engagement and amplify FCAN’s impact.”
Prior to consulting with FCAN, Dr. Krupa served as Executive Director of Achieve Escambia, a local college access network in northwest Florida. She also led the successful campaign to establish the Escambia Children’s Trust, securing a dedicated source of funding for children and youth services, with 61% voter approval.
Dr. Krupa’s background spans nonprofit leadership, investigative journalism, policy research, and systems-level change work. She holds a Ph.D. in Urban Studies from the University of New Orleans and has worked with organizations including Tulane University, Brown University, Feeding America, and the Second Harvest Food Bank of Greater New Orleans and Acadiana.
Paul G. Perrault, Ph.D. Senior Vice President, Community Impact and Learning, Helios Education Foundation:
Dr. Perrault leads the development of research and evaluation strategy, and oversees grants and project management efforts at Helios Education Foundation.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in research and evaluation. Prior to Helios, he served as a research scientist at the University of Michigan’s Institute for Social Research, leading major studies including Arizona’s Move On When Ready evaluation and the Ready Now Yuma evaluation.
Dr. Perrault holds a Ph.D. in Educational Foundations and Policy from the University of Michigan, along with master’s degrees in Educational Administration and Secondary Certification. He also earned a JD from the University of Detroit Mercy and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Michigan State University.
Dr. Perrault serves on the Fellows Council for the Flinn-Brown Civic Leadership Academy and the ASU Lodestar Center. He also teaches courses in social impact, grant development, and nonprofit leadership at Arizona State University, and educational finance at the University of Florida.
Shaqueria Myrick, Strategic Partnership Manager, Florida Lottery:
Shaqueria serves as Strategic Partnerships Manager at the Florida Lottery, where she leads the development and execution of partnerships supporting the Bright Futures Scholarship Program. Her work focuses on building relationships with community organizations, managing high-impact contracts, and driving statewide outreach initiatives that increase awareness and student engagement. She also oversees partnership performance, ensuring deliverables align with the mission and produce measurable results.
Corrie Melton, Vice President of Talent Development, Florida Chamber Foundation:
Corrie leads the Future of Work initiative at the Florida Chamber Foundation, aligning education and workforce needs across the state. Focused on economic mobility, she works with business, education, and community partners to prepare students for high-demand careers.
With experience in both the classroom and the chamber of commerce, she brings a cross-sector perspective to workforce development, bridging the needs of students, educators, and employers. She has led innovative, employer-driven initiatives that expand career awareness and strengthen the talent pipeline.
She is passionate about building systems that ensure every student has a clear pathway to a meaningful career.
