Our Board Officers
The Consortium is governed by a Board of Directors composed of up to 17 individuals elected by the membership. In accordance with the Restated Bylaws adopted on March 5, 2025, at least three-fourths of the Directors must serve as the chief executive of a member education foundation. The remaining seats may be held by individuals who are not affiliated with a member organization but who demonstrate a strong commitment to the Consortium’s mission. Directors serve terms of up to three years, with new terms beginning July 1.
